Il peut m\u00eame \u00eatre motivant. Beaucoup de personnes se disent : \u00ab Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019une phase. \u00bb Mais les semaines deviennent des mois. Et le corps finit par en payer le prix.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.belgium.be\/fr\/recherche?find=health%20taking%20care%20yourself%20mental%20health\" style=\"color: var(--awb-custom_color_3);\">Service Public F\u00e9d\u00e9ral Sant\u00e9 publique en Belgique<\/a>, le stress \u00e0 long terme peut avoir un impact important sur le bien-\u00eatre mental et physique, ce qui souligne l\u2019importance de la pr\u00e9vention pr\u00e9coce du burn-out et d\u2019une bonne gestion du stress.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez remarquer que vous \u00eates plus irritable qu\u2019avant. Votre concentration diminue. Vos \u00e9paules sont constamment tendues. Vous vous sentez \u00e9motionnellement \u00e9puis\u00e9, m\u00eame si rien de \u00ab dramatique \u00bb ne s\u2019est produit.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Weronika, de nombreux clients arrivent avec des mots similaires :<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><b>\u00ab Les gens me disent souvent : je veux simplement que ma vie redevienne plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re.
