It can even be motivating. <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.27px; background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">Many people tell themselves: \u201cIt\u2019s just a phase.\u201d <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.27px; background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">But weeks turn into months. And the body keeps the score.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to the <a style=\"color: var(--awb-custom_color_3);\" href=\"https:\/\/www.health.belgium.be\/en\/health\/taking-care-yourself\/mental-health\">Belgian Federal Public Service for Health<\/a>, long-term stress can have a significant impact on both mental and physical well-being, highlighting the importance of early burnout prevention and proper stress management.<\/p>\n<p>You may notice that you are more irritated than before. Your concentration drops. Your shoulders are always tense. You feel emotionally exhausted, even if nothing \u201cdramatic\u201d happened.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.27px; background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">According to Weronika, many clients come to her with similar words: <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.27px; background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\"><i>\u201cPeople often tell me: I just want my life to feel lighter again.
